• CELL Planning Tool for Capacity Building
• NECTAC Technical Assistance Model for Long-Term Systems Change (June 2009)

TA Coordination

• CSEFEL – NPDCI – SQB5 Matrix (April 2008) – created to align project components and identify points of intersection
• TA Coordination Grid – contact information of TA partners across the country, by state
• Launch Meetings – of TA providers at the beginning of new state TA initiatives to share state context information and identify areas for coordinated TA

State Profiles/Landscaping

• NPDCI State Profile (example from Georgia) - captures information about state resources that are relevant to early childhood professional development. The TA liaison keeps a 3-ring binder with all the source documents so they're able to produce a competencies or standards when needed. Note: For states that are both SQB5 and NPDCI states, SQB5 has created an appendix to the profile with SQ-specific information.
